Shipping Policy

Orders over the value of R2000 will recieve FREE door-to-door delivery nation wide (This deal only applies to South African orders).
Deliveries to outlying areas (farms, mines, resorts, hospitals, government buildings, etc.) may be subject to additional charges.
Tracking details will be sent to you via email for you to chech on the status of your order.
When choosing 'Free delivery', your order should arrive within 2-3 working days.
If you'd like your delivery to arrive sooner please select 'overnight delivery' for and additional charge.
We dispatch orders within 24 hours, and all orders that are placed before 1pm from Monday to Friday will be sent out same day depending on stock availability.

N.B: Overnight courier does not deliver over weekends and public holidays.

We offer support for each and every order. If anything is wrong please contact us and we will make arrangements to assist you with damaged or faulty goods.
